Fit by 50 - 424 days to go...

It's Monday


I'm full of the cold.


And it's bloody freezing!



Normally, any one of these things would have given me a reason (aka excuse) not to exercise.


Not this time!


Granted, I snuffled, sneezed and coughed my way through it but I did it.


The first workout using the app as my guide.


And the app is brilliant!


It gives me reminders for each part of the workout, videos for each exercise and it's even got a timer.


My trainer Ania has set guide for number of reps and circuits too so I really can't go wrong.


I may have only managed 2 circuits on reduced reps but I'm chuffed that I still did SOMETHING.


All in all, feeling good so far - except for the lurgy.


The countdown is well and truly on!
