Service Description
Brand Audit Questionnaire followed by a 1hr brainstorming session. Creation of one logo provided in 3 colourways (full colour, white/light on transparent, black/dark on transparent) in png format. Turnaround 14 days (or upgrade to the priority service). Other logo packages available on request for more bespoke designs and additional formats.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment (or the first instalment if you choose a payment plan) is required at time of booking to secure your Clarity Call and a priority slot in the design schedule. Your Clarity Call can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Once the booking is confirmed, payments are non-refundable, but your project can be postponed once (within 6 months of the original date) if needed.
