Refund Policy

1. Retreat Refund Policy

• Full Refunds: A full refund is available for cancellations made more than 12 weeks before the retreat date, minus any non-refundable deposit already paid

• Partial Refunds: For cancellations made within 12 weeks of the retreat date, we will offer a 50% refund

• No Refunds: Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat date are non-refundable, as bookings and resources are confirmed in advance
   

2. Coaching Refund Policy

• Single Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full or rescheduled at no additional cost. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full

• Coaching Packages: Due to the nature of our coaching programmes, once a package has begun, we cannot offer refunds on unused sessions. However, rescheduling and alternative arrangements may be made within reason
   

3. Rescheduling

• For both retreats and coaching sessions, if we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer either a new date or a full refund
   

4. Refund Requests

• Refund requests can be made via email at debs@daitani.co.uk with a reference to your booking or transaction number
   

5. Processing Times

• Refunds are typically processed within 30 working days
