Cancellation Policy

Full payment (or the first instalment if you choose a payment plan) is required at time of booking to secure your Clarity Call and a priority slot in the design schedule. Your Clarity Call can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Once the booking is confirmed, payments are non-refundable, but your project can be postponed once (within 6 months of the original date) if needed.
