I didn’t always feel this confident about getting into cold water - let alone showing up fully in my body, in swimwear or otherwise.


But something powerful happens when you start choosing discomfort on purpose.


Cold dipping cracked something open in me…


Now I dip almost daily, usually in sub-4° water - and it’s changed everything.
